I contacted A-1 Heating and Cooling to assist with installing a smart thermostat for my dual-mini-split system that currently has a wired thermostat. Their scheduling was easy and quick, and their availability was great, and their flat price for my project was competitive and fair. Their follow-up with confirmations felt reassuring and began immediately. Their technician could not finish the work on the first visit, but he was more than competent, worked the problem well, had excellent customer service skills, and I felt my issue was his priority the entire time he was in the house. I went away from the licensed HVAC company who installed my system to go with A-1 Heating and Cooling, and I am so glad I did because I much prefer dealing with how friendly and professional they have been thus far.

Everything about this job was perfect from the first call to your office, the salesman who was on time, he asked for my expectations, and then he explained what I could get away with, and then he laid out what I should get, not the most expensive either. I accepted his recommendation, prayed for the best. I had just had a terrible experience with Atlas Trillo/Lowes the month before, so I was a bit apprehensive, to say the least.
