Had a quick "tune up" visit for our furnace. Francisco was great—called about 20 minutes before arriving, on time, tidy, polite, and communicated clearly. He ended up having to cut a filter to properly fit, and offered to come back at a later date to install a better cover (our filter had been taped over instead of a proper metal covering).
