Excellent Experience with A-1 Jun 29, 2025

My experience with A-1 Heating & Cooling was excellent starting from my first contact with Desiree to the final installation of 2 new air conditioners. Desiree graciously worked to schedule an appointment that met our needs. During my consultation with Danny and Warren to assess potential to repair an old air conditioner, they took their time to evaluate the unit all the while explaining their findings. Danny and Warren did not at any time push to purchase a new unit. After talking with them we decided to purchase 2 new air conditioners (this is for a four-plex). Both installations went seamlessly thanks to the knowledgeable and amazing work of our technicians Alberto Morales and Evevdavdo Mel. They were very patient when I struggled to answer some of their questions and continued to talk with me until all was resolved. They worked diligently and were very respectful of the property and residents. Alberto and Evevdavdo cleaned up very neatly following the end of each installation. When it comes time to replace the other 2 air conditioners we will be using A-1 for sure; and hopefully Alberto and Evevdavdo will be our installers. Thank you A-1 Heating & Cooling.

I recently had A1 install a new AC unit in my 2-story house. They were extremely professional, no pressure, from the start. At every stage, the initial evaluation, the pre-installation prep, to the installers, the 3 teams were knowledgeable and respectful. Their ability to tackle my unique installation needs truly sets them above the rest. Mine was not a simple install, and even though it took them 2 days to install it, normally they can complete the entire job in one day! Just one day! No disrupting your household for a week, and they did an amazing job. My household is enjoying the cool AC for the first time. Can't recommend them enough! Did I say they did an amazing job... Excellent Service From A-1 Jun 25, 2022

A-1 Heating and Cooling is excellent. We will use them again. This was a big and expensive job for us. Our 23-year-old central air conditioning system finally broke down on the hottest day of the year, and my elderly mother cannot handle heat. A-1 came over the house the day I called, immediately gave me a written quote, and they kept to the penny through the entire installation of 2 central air conditioning systems, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Their bid was $1000 less than the nearest competitor (I had 3 bids). The A-1 people were all extremely professional gentlemen, neat and well-groomed in appearance, and very courteous. We were comfortable having them in our home. They were very careful of the house and floors and laid down coverings to protect them. A problem came up because they were connecting a new system to an older system at my request, and they returned quickly, in less than one day, and fixed the problem with no additional charge. The gentlemen had to access the attic (which was very hot) and the crawl space (which is very tight) but were pleasant and reassuring throughout the entire process. We will definitely call them again when needed!

Ubaldo and his crew were the most professional and enjoyable group of people I have done business with in. I can't remember ever having a more pleasant group around me. Everything about this job was perfect from the first call to your office, the salesman who was on time, he asked for my expectations, and then he explained what I could get away with, and then he laid out what I should get, not the most expensive either. I accepted his recommendation, prayed for the best. I had just had a terrible experience with Atlas Trillo/Lowes the month before, so I was a bit apprehensive, to say the least. Just had a new HVAC installed yesterday. Pleased with the whole process from shopping for the right system to having a very efficient heat pump installed. Rav was very knowledgeable and understood my priorities right from the get-go. Over the course of a week, he gave prompt and detailed responses, and his professionalism gave A-1 the edge over another competitive quote. The team that came to install the system, led by Ramon, was polite and unbelievably quick. Thank you, Luis, Rodriguez, and Johann (and the guy who reminded me to buy new registers)!
