He offered three possible products I could purchase for my heat pump and explained the differences between them. Ubaldo and his crew were the most professional and enjoyable group of people I have done business with in. I can't remember ever having a more pleasant group around me. Just had a new HVAC installed yesterday. Pleased with the whole process from shopping for the right system to having a very efficient heat pump installed. Rav was very knowledgeable and understood my priorities right from the get-go.
