Just had a new HVAC installed yesterday. Pleased with the whole process from shopping for the right system to having a very efficient heat pump installed. Rav was very knowledgeable and understood my priorities right from the get-go. Over the course of a week, he gave prompt and detailed responses, and his professionalism gave A-1 the edge over another competitive quote. The team that came to install the system, led by Ramon, was polite and unbelievably quick. Thank you, Luis, Rodriguez, and Johann (and the guy who reminded me to buy new registers)! It runs perfectly with no start-up noise
I had a new model of Lennox gas furnace installed, but the factory part that regulates gas pressure needed to be replaced after installation. It was causing a start-up noise that it was not supposed to be making. Lennox supplied one with a lower gas pressure.
Francisco came and replaced the parts, and it runs perfectly with no start-up noise. He was polite, competent, and thorough.

Got the Home Depot Black Friday deal for $8.88 furnace tune-up. Danny came and gave my furnace a look over and shared the condition of my furnace. It's more 'inspect' than tune-up. But, my furnace report came back healthy and Danny didn't do any sleazy sales pitch or upsell.
